There are a limited number of digital players, so make sure the organization calls quickly or gets nominated quickly.? Gaughf went on to say that many non-profits have inquired and actually purchased their service in past years, but most simply didn?t have the budget for it in the past few years. This year, for 75 organizations, a budget for on hold messages will not be required.

At Commercials On Hold, the copywriters will assist the non-progits in creating the customized script for the organization. Professional voice talents will project the image the organization is desiring to project to all callers placed on hold and audio producers will mix the customized messages with terrific music, fully licensed for use on the non-profit’s phone system’s music on hold system (must be MOH ready).
